Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Burr Ridge, IL (100% Onsite)
Pay Range: $34/HR – $36/HR (Based on experience & qualifications)

Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for a Human Resources Generalist for a well-established and collaborative organization within the healthcare industry. This is a contract opportunity covering a maternity leave, with an expected duration of 7–8 months.

The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with the HR team, reporting directly to the HR Manager. This role will support new-hire onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, HRIS maintenance, and recruitment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to gain hands-on experience in a growing and collaborative healthcare environment while supporting key HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the new-hire process from offer acceptance through onboarding
• Coordinate background checks and professional license verification
• Process new-hire paperwork and employment documentation
• Input and maintain employee profiles in ADP Workforce Now
• Partner with IT on new-hire hardware and software setup
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and explain company policies
• Assist with benefits enrollment and employee questions
• Audit onboarding files and support compliance audits
• Assist with ATS management, phone screens, and employment offers
• Coordinate name tags and compliance materials for new clinic locations
• Assist with additional HR projects and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Human Resources Generalist experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now-REQUIRED
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate HR records
• Ability to analyze HR-related issues and identify appropriate process solutions
• Healthcare experience is nice to have
