Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Facilitate a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages play-based learning and supports children’s individual needs.
- Manage classroom routines and behavior management strategies to ensure a positive atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with families to share progress updates, developmental milestones, and tailored strategies for each child's success.
- Support children with special education needs or early intervention programs to ensure inclusive participation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of children's developmental progress and classroom activities using digital tools like Brightwheel
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
