Overview
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Early learning Educator. You will be responsible for teaching a group of 9 preschool-aged or 7 Toddler aged children and supporting our lead teachers in creating a loving, educational, and engaging environment for our young learners. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages active learning and participation.
- Collaborate with lead teachers to assess children’s development and communicate feedback to parents or guardians.
- Assist with daily routines including mealtimes, diapering, cleaning, and nap times.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability.
- Ability to work well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must have:
- Adul/Children CPR Certification
- Bloodborne Pathogens Training Certificate
- DCYF Background Check Clearance
- Food Handler’s Permit
- DCYF Account & STAR ID
- Childcare Basics 30-Hour Training
- TB-test
- Must be able to lift up to 38 pounds.

Position Details:
- Job Type: Part-Time- Full time
- Pay: Starting at $17.50 to 18.50 per hour
- Expected Hours: 20-35 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2 to 6 pm/ 10 to 2 pm
- Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within a 10-mile radius
- Work Location: In person
