📍 Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
📆 Contract Duration: 2 months
🕒 Shift Schedule: Seven-day operational coverage across three shifts (Pacific Time)
🌅 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM
☀️ 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
🌙 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🤖 Operate robotic systems remotely using camera-based control interfaces.
🎯 Perform precise manipulation tasks with controlled movements.
👁️ Work with first-person (egocentric) camera perspectives.
🦾 Maintain excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
🛡️ Follow safety procedures and standard operating instructions.
🔍 Monitor operations, identify errors, and maintain quality standards.
✅ REQUIRED SKILLS
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor control.
• Good spatial awareness and depth perception.
• Excellent focus and attention to detail.
• Comfort with gaming controllers or technical control interfaces.
• Ability to follow structured instructions and work accurately under pressure.
⭐ PREFERRED BACKGROUND
Experience in robotics, gaming, VR/AR, simulation, drone operation, remote machinery control, or technical operations is a plus.
