Position Scope
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play an important role in the fabrication of printed circuit boards (PCBs). This position involves hands-on operation of equipment and materials used in the manufacturing process. You will receive on the job training in several core processes, beginning with photolithography, which includes:
-Surface Preparation: Cleaning and preparing circuit board laminates for dry film lamination.
-Dry Film Lamination and Imaging: Operating lamination equipment and using high-intensity light units to transfer circuit artwork onto the PCB surface.
-Chemical Processing: Learning and executing the development, etching and stripping processes to define and clean circuit traces.
-You will work under the guidance of experienced technicians and supervisors, with an emphasis on precision, cleanliness, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
-Clean and prepare circuit board laminates for dry film lamination.
-Operate dry film lamination machines to apply photoresist layers.
-Use high-intensity exposure units to image circuit patterns accurately.
-Carry out development processes.
-Carry out etching processes.
-Carry out stripping processes.
-Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Preferred Skills
-Experience in PCB manufacturing
-Chemical handling knowledge
-Experience is process documentation(travelers)
-Flexibility and willingness to cross train

Pay Range
-$19-$24/hr
