Join our foundry team in Cary, IL. We’re hiring across all shifts and are ready to train motivated people to master the craft of metal casting.

• Operate casting machines and auxiliary equipment to produce metal castings that meet strict standards.
• Prepare molds and cores to exact specifications and verify they’re defect-free before production.
• Track process conditions during pours and make adjustments to maintain consistency.
• Inspect finished castings against drawings and specifications; correct and improve where needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Partner with teammates to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and refine processes.
• Record production data accurately and keep documentation up to date.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in foundry operations is a plus).
• Experience in a foundry or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Detail orientation with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specs.
• Comfort with basic math and measurement tools.
• Strong communicator and reliable team player.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and follow safety practices.
