Overview
Brightway Insurance, The Frawley Agency is seeking a motivated and driven Insurance Producer to help grow our expanding agency in Tomball, TX. This is a 1099 commission-based opportunity built for individuals who are competitive, relationship-focused, and motivated by unlimited earning potential.
As an Insurance Producer, you will build relationships with referral partners and clients, identify coverage needs, and provide customized insurance solutions that protect what matters most. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to build long-term renewal income while growing alongside a nationally recognized insurance brand.

Responsibilities
Generate new business through networking, referrals, telemarketing, community involvement, and relationship-building
Develop and maintain referral partnerships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, business owners, and other local professionals
Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions including:
- Auto Insurance
- Homeowners Insurance
- Flood Insurance
- Umbrella Coverage
- Jewelry & Valuable Items Coverage
- Other personal lines products
Educate clients on coverage options and explain insurance concepts clearly and professionally
Follow up on leads, quotes, renewals, and client communications in a timely manner
Maintain accurate client records and manage sales activity within agency systems and CRM platforms
Meet and exceed monthly production goals through consistent sales activity and client engagement
Represent the agency professionally
Compensation
60% New Business Commission
Example: If a carrier pays Brightway $1,000, your commission = $600
10% Renewal Commission when meeting production goals
25% Renewal Commission once 1,000 policies in force are achieved
Unlimited earning potential based on production and retention
Monthly production related incentives
Qualifications
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable with sales conversations, networking, and prospecting
Prior insurance or sales experience preferred, but not required
Property & Casualty License preferred or ability to obtain one

Office located in Tomball, Texas
