Role Description

This full-time, on-site Residential Builder role is based in Roswell, GA. The individual will be responsible for managing daily construction activities, ensuring the quality and timely completion of projects, and coordinating with trade partners and suppliers. The role includes maintaining project budgets, scheduling, enforcing safety regulations, and adhering to building codes and company standards. The builder will also monitor progress, provide regular updates to clients, and address any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, overseeing residential building projects, and managing timelines
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Ability to manage trade partners, estimate budgets, and order materials efficiently
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
