This is a full-time remote role for a Blackbaud CRM Implementation Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for system implementation, customization, and integration of Blackbaud CRM for nonprofit organizations. Daily tasks include requirements gathering, developing project plans, executing configurations, providing training and support, and ensuring the successful deployment of the system. The role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Experience with Blackbaud CRM, including implementation, customization, and integration
- Strong skills in gathering system requirements and developing project plans
- Ability to execute system configurations and provide training and support
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a client-focused approach
- Experience in the nonprofit industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Ability to work independently and remotely
