Blackbaud CRM Implementation Project Manager

This is a remote position, but you must live in one of the following states: SC, NC, FL, GA, WI, OH, MA, or VA.
What You’ll Do
- Guide nonprofits through comprehensive Blackbaud CRM implementations and enhancements, managing scope, timeline, and budget from kickoff to go-live.
- Partner with existing customers to support ongoing projects and system improvements.
- Serve as the primary client contact, building trust and ensuring expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- Coordinate delivery teams, track progress, facilitate meetings, and maintain clear documentation (SOWs, change orders, risk logs, status reports).
- Spot risks early, manage escalations effectively, and keep projects moving smoothly.
- Apply project management best practices and tools to drive consistency, quality, and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years managing complex technology or CRM implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Blackbaud CRM™ (or a comparable enterprise nonprofit CRM).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and client relationship abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving issues.
- Experience working independently while collaborating within a team environment.
- Background in the nonprofit sector.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

- Remote position available from SC, NC, FL, GA, WI, OH, MA, or VA.
- Up to 10% travel (based on project needs).
