- Lead and manage the Enhancement Crew to achieve high-quality results and meet client standards.
- Conduct site inspections and provide guidance on soil, planting, watering, and insect control techniques.
- Drive and maintain company vehicles while training personnel on safety protocols.
Requirements:
- 2 years of landscape install experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with lawn care and landscaping techniques, including equipment operation (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
- Able to read architectural drawings and possess strong leadership skills.
