BrightStart Pediatrics is a unique setting where you can practice with passion.
Therapy is a key element in the care of our special needs pediatric patients. We now have an opening for a full time Physical Therapy Assistant in our Sanford center.
As a Physical Therapy Assistant with BrightStart, you are responsible for direct patient care, and work under the supervision of our Physical Therapist. Our unique setting allows for frequent communication with other members of the health care team, and education of families regarding progress and interventions for their child.
BrightStart is a locally owned business with a dedicated staff of caregivers. We want a therapist who is looking for a place to grow.
Starting rate based on candidates without pediatric experience; rates for experienced candidates are higher.
Pediatric experience is preferred.
Schedule: Availability Monday through Friday between 7 am and 7 pm. Per Diem schedule may be an option based on scheduling needs.
Minimum Qualifications for Physical Therapy Assistant:
- Current, active Florida Physical Therapy Assistant license
- CPR certification
- Pediatric experience is preferred
- Fluency in spoken and written English
