We are looking for an individual who is licensed as Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in a home care environment completing treatment visits. The types of visits would require knowledge and comfort in wound care, ostomy care, wound vacs, injections, catheter care, etc following physician orders for treatments needed.

RN/LPN Responsibilities:

• Providing care by following physician orders and clients needs
• Communication with Clinical Manager and the office regarding issues or needs with the client
• Communication with the physicians office and supply vendors if necessary to ensure client has needed supplies
• Assure property maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws

RN/LPN Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current LPN or RN License
• Certified CPR
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
• Empathy for the needs of the client
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively
• Treats clients, staff, and the public with courtesy, respect and presents a positive public image.
• Ensures confidentiality and security of the client’s medical information.
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
