BrightStar Care of Appleton is hiring PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide personalized nursing care to patients in their homes in New London, Waupaca, and surrounding communities.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care according to individualized plans of care.
• Assess patients' conditions, monitor their health status, and identify changes that require attention.
• Communicate patient updates and concerns to the appropriate clinical supervisor.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to promote positive outcomes.
• Support patient safety, comfort, and independence in the home setting.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable nursing standards and care requirements.
• Deliver care that reflects our commitment to A Higher Standard of Care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Wisconsin.
• At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB screening, as required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
• Availability to accept visits based on patient needs, including evenings, weekends, or holidays when required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• A compassionate heart and a genuine passion for helping others.
