Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (LVN/RN) – Trach/Vent Case – Davis, CA
We are seeking experienced LVNs and RNs to join a dedicated care team for a high-acuity pediatric patient in the Davis area.
This is a stable, high-hour case with consistent scheduling and the opportunity to build a long-term relationship with the patient and family.
Patient Overview:
- Pediatric patient (toddler)
- Tracheostomy ventilator dependent
- Congenital central hypoventilation syndrome (CCHS)
- Requires continuous skilled nursing support in the home setting
Available Shifts:
We are building a full team and currently hiring for:
- Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Evening Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
- Overnight Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am
Flexible scheduling available — open to partial shifts or consistent full-time placement.
Responsibilities:
- Ventilator management and monitoring
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- Medication administration
- Tube feeding (NG/enteral)
- Ongoing assessment and documentation
- Caregiver support and reinforcement of training
Requirements:
- Active CA LVN or RN license
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Trach/vent experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
