What You’ll Do as an LPN
-
Conduct re-assessments and supervisory visits
-
Implement individualized plans of care
-
Administer and document oral, topical, subcutaneous, and IM medications
-
Monitor for and report adverse reactions to RN supervision
-
Provide skilled wound care and initiate emergency measures when needed
-
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
-
Perform all procedures within LPN scope and agency protocols
-
Ensure professional, respectful communication with clients and families
-
Uphold HIPAA standards and strict client confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
-
Graduate of a National League for Nursing–accredited program
-
Active LPN license
-
Minimum 1 year nursing experience (home care preferred)
-
Experience with bowel & bladder care strongly preferred
-
Current CPR certification
-
Valid driver’s license & automobile insurance
-
Negative TB test (or TB blood test)
