We are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Manager to join our team and help us maintain the highest service standards.
Role DescriptionThe Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of homecare services, supervising the coordinating team, managing staffing, minimizing overtime, ensuring compliance with regulations, and ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients by maintaining quality care standards. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and ensure all client needs are met with efficiency, compassion, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the coordination team to cover all client shifts daily.
- Monitor and ensure accurate clock-in/out for all visits, ensuring smooth payroll processing.
- Resolve any scheduling issues promptly to avoid service disruptions.
- Participate in the manager-on-call rotation after-hours and weekends to provide support after hours as needed.
- Coordinate Caregiver interviews
- Collaborate with the HR department to manage staffing needs and ensure proper caregiver-client matching.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and families to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Provide regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, and staffing preferably in the homecare or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to participate in the manager's on-call rotation.
