Nurse with Trach Experience (LPN or RN)

Join our BrightStar Care Team as an LPN or RN! We are urgently hiring nurses with Trach experience to provide one-on-one care in our clients' homes. All shifts are currently available, ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours!

LPN and RN Responsibilities

• Provides thoughtful care to clients and patients based on a personalized Plan of Care
• Monitors and tracks changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates the client/patient’s family on the plan of care, health changes, and concerns
• Provide Trach and respiratory care with precision and safety

LPN and RN Requirements

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license in the State of Wisconsin
• Trach experience required (Vent experience preferred; training available)
• Certified CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility, preferred
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist clients with varying mobility needs
