Live-In Caregiver (7 On / 7 Off) – Washington County & St. Croix County
BrightStar Care of St. Croix Valley is seeking compassionate and dependable Live-In Caregivers who are willing to travel to serve clients throughout Washington County and St. Croix County. This position provides one-on-one in-home care, supporting clients with daily living activities, companionship, and personalized attention.

- Premium Short Shift Pay:
- 1-hour shifts: $28/hour
- 2-hour shifts: $23/hour

- Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
- Annual Compensation: $50,076 per year
- Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
- Assist with daily activities (meal prep, light housekeeping, errands).
- Provide hands-on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and transfers.
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings and provide transportation.
- Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior.
- Communicate with the RN Case Manager regarding updates to the plan of care.

Compassionate, patient, and caring nature
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on caregiving experience (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, or Hospital setting)
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Negative TB test or cleared chest X-ray
- Ability to commit to a 7 on / 7 off live-in schedule
