Role Overview:

As an LPN – Skilled Home Care at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care directly to patients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families and our supportive clinical team to ensure personalized care that makes a meaningful difference. This position is on-site only in Farmersville, Texas, and offers flexible scheduling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting.
• Administer medication and perform necessary treatments.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams.
• Follow individualized care plans and ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Current Texas LVN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and a professional attitude.
• Experience in home health or private duty nursing.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.

Bonus If You:

• Have additional certifications in specialized care (e.g., IV therapy, wound care).
• Possess experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Have skills in coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position that may include availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Farmersville, Texas.
