BrightStar Care is hiring an LPN for an ongoing one-on-one home care case in Queens.
Open Shifts
✔ Monday through Friday — 10 AM to 5 PM
What We Offer

Limited-Time Onboarding Bonus
✔ Complete paperwork within 2 days → earn $300
✔ Complete paperwork within 4 days → earn $150
✔ Plus an extra $150 after 4 consecutive weeks with no callouts/complaints
Paid after 2 weeks of scheduled shifts with no callouts, no client complaints, and complete shift notes uploaded after every shift.
Requirements
- Active NY LPN License
- Dementia care experience required
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- Professional communication with family
