Are you an experienced nurse who loves connecting with people and making a meaningful impact — both in the field and behind the scenes?

BrightStar Care is seeking a Field Support Registered Nurse (RN) who will play a key role in supporting our home health team and ensuring exceptional care for every client we serve.
In this unique and rewarding role, you’ll provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes while also serving as a trusted clinical resource for our care team. You’ll have the opportunity to shadow and support our field nurses, get to know all of our clients personally, and fill in on cases when needed to maintain continuity of care. When not in the field, you may assist with clinical orientation and training for new nurses and provide occasional support in the office.

This is a dynamic position for a compassionate RN who enjoys variety in their day, building relationships, and being a go-to resource for both patients and peers. What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Partner with and shadow field nurses to learn client care routines and provide seamless coverage when needed.
• Assist with clinical orientation and training for new nurses joining the BrightStar team.
• Support office operations by collaborating with the clinical and scheduling teams as needed.
• Implement individualized care plans with sound clinical judgment and documentation accuracy.
• Promote safety, quality, and compliance with all BrightStar Care and state nursing standards.

Schedule
RN’s in this role maintain a schedule of at least 30 hours per week to support our patients and team. What We Offer

Schedule
RN’s in this role maintain a schedule of at least 30 hours per week to support our patients and team.
What You’ll Bring

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a variety of client and team needs
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• BLS CPR certification and up-to-date TB test or Chest X-Ray
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential nursing duties
