Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / CNA at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our clinical and office teams to ensure client comfort, safety, and well-being. Working on-site only in Grand Saline, TX, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Providing personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support.
• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Offering medication reminders to ensure proper adherence.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Ensuring client comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Experience as a caregiver or CNA is preferred.
• A compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

Bonus If You:

• Have a certification in CPR or First Aid.
• Are bilingual, speaking languages in addition to English.
• Possess specialized training in caring for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Grand Saline, Texas.
