Branch Manager Needed for Top Rated Home Care Agency

BrightStar Care is the fastest growing Home Care agency in the Triangle. We are adding a new location serving Durham-Chapel Hill and looking for a Branch Manager to grow the business.

The Branch Manager oversees operational excellence and growth for the assigned BrightStar Care territory. In this role, you will initially focus on growing the business through outbound sales and marketing activities and building an operational team around you as financial milestones are met.

We are searching for that special person who has a history of winning leadership roles within school, sports, or business and demonstrating high business acuity. The ideal candidate is a loyal, honest, goal driven, determined, persuasive and dynamic person who others look up to. This is not an 8-5 job. Branch Manager's are available 24/7 to answer existing and future client questions.

This is an entry level role that will grow into a Director of Operations position overseeing a multi-unit business with 200 employees for the right person.

Duties

• Build the BrightStar Care Brand through Actions and Deeds
• Grow Revenue Through Face-to-Face Interactions with Referral Sources
• Educate Referral Sources on BrightStar Care's Value Proposition
• Win New Business Using a Consultative Approach
• Handle In-Bound Calls and Convert Inquires to Clients
• Onboard New Clients in the Client Management System
• Complete Case Management Requirements
• Coordinate New Starts with the Director of Nursing, Scheduler and Central Office
• Follow Up with Clients to Ensure Service Exceeds Expectations
• Become Proficient at Sales, Recruiting, Scheduling, Accounting, Marketing and Case Management

Skills/Qualifications Requirements

• 4 Year Degree (3.4 GPA)
• 0-2 Years Business Development / Leadership Experience
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Outstanding Written and Oral Communication
• Valid Driver's License
• Current Car Insurance
• Proof of Leadership Roles and Winning
