Physical Therapist

Hereford, TX | $65–$75 per visit | PRN | Weekly Pay

BrightStar Care of Amarillo is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide personalized home health care to patients in Hereford and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide PT services in patients’ homes

• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and daily function

• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed

• Coordinate care with PTAs and other healthcare professionals

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Pay & Schedule

• $65–$75 per visit, based on experience

• Weekly pay

• PRN position

• Hereford, TX and areas within a 30-mile radius

What You’ll Need

• Active, unrestricted Texas PT license

• At least 1 year of PT experience

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel between patient visits

• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working independently
