Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN Home Health
Location: Amarillo, TX and surrounding areas
Position Type: PRN / Per Visit
Pay: $65–$70 per visit $5 per COTA visit (Weekly Pay)

- Set your own PRN schedule
- Provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes
- Earn additional compensation through COTA oversight

What You’ll Do
- Complete in-home evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
- Supervise COTAs and review documentation for accuracy
- Provide follow-up visits as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress
What You Need
- Active Texas Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
