What You’ll Do

Restore movement, function, and quality of life—one home visit at a time

Design and implement personalized treatment plans focused on meaningful outcomes

Collaborate with PTAs and the broader care team to support patient progress

Track progress and celebrate meaningful patient milestones

Serve a diverse pediatric and adult patient population across a variety of conditions and needs
Your Pay & Schedule

$65-$75 per completed visit

You control your availability and schedule

What We’re Looking For
-
Active Texas Physical Therapist license
-
Minimum 1 year of PT experience

Current CPR/BLS certification
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Self-motivated and compassionate approach to patient care

Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
