We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home care to pediatric and adult patients. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working independently while helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.
Responsibilities

Perform in-home physical therapy evaluations.

Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.

Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and daily functioning.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Coordinate care with PTAs, physicians, and other members of the clinical team.

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
-
Active Texas Physical Therapist license.

Minimum of one year of PT experience.

Current BLS/CPR certification.

Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently.
