Responsibilities
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care
- Transportation if needed
- Obtains and records patient's vitals
- Incontinence Care
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Linen Changes
- Laundry
- Companionship
- Medication Reminders
Requirements
- Current, valid state certification and in good standing.
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant program.
- If not CNA certified must take PCA Test upon hire.
- Certified CPR
- Negative 2 Step TB skin test or chest x-ray.
- Valid Drivers License
- Valid SSC card
- Valid Auto Insurance
