✅ Position Details
- Shifts: Friday–Sunday or Saturday - Monday
- Hours: 20 hours per weekend
- Availability: Open for both 1st and 2nd shift
- Pay: $17.00 per hour (weekly direct deposit)
✅ Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility
- Support with meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship
- Transport clients to appointments as needed
- Report client condition changes to the nurse case manager
✅ Requirements
- Active Indiana CNA or HHA license (required)
- 1 year of home health or caregiving experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Physical and negative TB test (within last 12 months)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform caregiving tasks
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Must pass drug screen and motor vehicle background check
