We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position is ideal for nurses who value flexibility and want to make a direct impact by providing high-quality, short-term care for patients while giving their primary caregivers much-needed relief.
As an RN, you’ll deliver personalized, hands-on nursing care in a supportive home-based environment—helping patients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during transitional periods.
What You’ll Do
Direct Patient Care
- Provide high-quality nursing care, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and wound care.
- Observe, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition.
Assessment & Care Planning
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Documentation
- Accurately document all care provided, assessments, and changes in condition using electronic health records (EHR).
Collaboration
- Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Family & Caregiver Support
- Educate and support patients and families, answering questions and offering guidance on care practices.
Emergency Response
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies or sudden changes in patient condition.
Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including infection control and safety protocols.
Flexibility
- Adapt to varying schedules and assignments based on patient needs.
