Position Details
Job Title: Administrative AssistantLocation: ChicagoPay Rate: $21-$23 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact by managing high-volume phone calls, emails, and faxes
- Maintain accurate and confidential client and employee records
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and new hire processing
- Prepare and distribute outgoing mail and correspondence
- Support intake operations and assist with new client referrals
- Coordinate phone consultations with prospective clients
- Provide administrative support to office staff and leadership
- Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document organization
- Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Previous administrative or healthcare experience is a plus
