Your Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, professional nursing care according to each client’s individualized Plan of Care
Monitor client health status and promptly report changes to the supervising RN
Administer medications and treatments as assigned
Document all care provided using electronic, mobile-based charting
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
Requirements
Current, unrestricted Hawaii LPN license
BLS Certification and negative TB test or chest X-ray
At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist clients safely
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Wound Care, G-Tube, Tracheostomy, Bowel Programs, Geriatrics, Rehab, Home Health, and Medical-Surgical experience.
Pay: $35–$60 per visit (depending on assignment type)
Job Types: PRN, Per Diem
Service Areas: Ewa Beach, Honolulu, and surrounding Oahu communities
