We are a clean technology company developing advanced energy systems designed for scalable, real-world deployment. We’re looking for a hands-on Thermal Systems Engineer to help redesign and industrialise complex thermal products, working across design, testing, manufacturing, and production scale-up.

Responsibilities: Thermal systems engineer
- Lead thermal and mechanical system redesign for manufacturability, reliability, and cost reduction
- Improve system packaging, thermal management, and serviceability
- Support prototype-to-production transition and manufacturing scale-up
- Troubleshoot production and process issues impacting quality or output
- Work closely with suppliers, fabricators, and assembly teams
- Develop testing and validation processes for thermal systems
- Support rapid design-build-test iterations in a hands-on engineering environment
Experience Required:Thermal systems engineer
- Degree in Mechanical, Thermal, or Systems Engineering (or similar)
- Experience working on thermal, HVAC, combustion, boiler, or high-temperature systems
- Strong understanding of heat transfer, fluids, materials, and mechanical design
- Experience bringing hardware products from development into production
- CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar preferred)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Practical, hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Desirable
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure
- Experience with manufacturing scale-up and reliability improvement
- Startup, scale-up, or clean technology experience
