Estate & Probate Attorney // Early-Career
This is an early-career position designed for an attorney who wants to build real competence quickly and develop into a highly effective estate planning and probate attorney.
You will work closely with senior attorneys and experienced paralegals to learn how matters are handled from start to finish. Early on, your focus will be on drafting, issue spotting, and learning how to execute within the firm’s systems. You will have meaningful client interaction early on, and you will take on more responsibility for client communication and matter management as your skills develop.
This role is best suited for someone who values structure, wants meaningful training, and is looking to build a long-term foundation in estate planning and probate rather than simply completing isolated tasks.
