Brightside Windows is one of the fastest-growing residential window companies in the country, operating in 20 markets and expanding rapidly.
We are building and scaling our Tulsa operation and are looking for a proven Sales Manager with strong door-to-door experience to lead from the front and develop a high-performing residential canvassing team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to recruit, train, and drive production — not manage from a desk.

What You’ll Do
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performance door-to-door sales team
- Recruit, hire, and onboard driven residential sales representatives
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
- Conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching to improve closing performance
- Track KPIs and enforce accountability standards
- Create a competitive, disciplined sales culture
- Work directly with ownership to scale and expand the Austin market
What We’re Looking For
- Proven door-to-door (D2D) sales experience – REQUIRED
- Sales management or team leadership experience – REQUIRED
- Strong residential or in-home sales closing background
- Confident leader who can coach, motivate, and hold reps accountable
- Self-driven, competitive, and growth-oriented
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle – REQUIRED
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods
Compensation & Opportunity
- Performance-based compensation (team overrides commission)
- Managers with producing teams average $20,000–$30,000 per month
