Position Overview
We are hiring Sales Appointment Setters to support our outreach efforts. This is a field-based role that involves working in residential areas, speaking with homeowners, and generating interest in our services.
You will be responsible for initiating conversations, introducing our window solutions, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
This position includes training and is suitable for entry-level candidates interested in developing sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners in assigned residential areas
- Introduce Brightside Windows services and current offerings
- Generate interest and set appointments for in-home consultations
- Track daily activity using a mobile device
- Work toward weekly activity and appointment-setting goals
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling and reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors
- Must be at least 18 years old
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay: $600 per week based on meeting activity requirements
- Additional performance-based incentives available
- Paid training provided

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
