What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exterior Cleaning and Sealing Professional position at Brightside Exterior Cleaning?
Motivated Exterior Cleaning Professionals! Team members are required to arrive on time everyday. Responsibilities include identifying job type on daily work order, loading necessary product and equipment for daily job(s). Jobs types include roof cleaning, pressure washing and paver sealing.
Roof cleaning: Softwash clean roofs to eliminate all mold while ensuring ground team is sufficiently protecting all homeowners property.
Pressure washing: Exterior softwash cleaning, high-pressure surface cleaning, watering plants and home exterior during roof cleaning while protecting all other property.
Paver sealing: high-pressure surface cleaning, brooming new sand between pavers, applying sealcoat application.
Team members will also be required to maintain clean work vehicles and equipment and change out high-wear items as needed with provided tools and equipment.
Experienced preferred
