Brightside Clean Pros is seeking an experienced Customer Service and Scheduling Manager. We're looking for an experienced service-industry office professional who can own sales, scheduling, follow-ups, and help build systems that take the company to the next level. This person owns the front end of the business — leads, sales, follow-ups, scheduling, and client communication — and directly impacts revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle cold, warm, and hot leads
- Quote and close jobs
- Relentless follow-up until booked
- Own the calendar and scheduling
- Dispatch coordination with field crews
- Appointment confirmations & reschedules
- Callbacks, complaints, service recovery
- CRM tracking & organization
- Invoicing / payment follow-ups (as needed)
- Build & improve office systems/processes
Pay: $25/hour for a 90 day training period. After 90 days, salary of $60,000 $250/month healthcare stipend and performance bonuses
Performance bonuses tied to:
- Booking rate
- Schedule fill percentage
- Lead response time
- Revenue consistency
Requirements:
- Office management OR senior CSR/scheduler experience in a home-service business (required)
- Comfortable selling over the phone
- Proven follow-up discipline
- Organized, self-directed, high accountability
- Tech-comfortable (CRM, scheduling tools)
