Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers inside retail locations
- Educate customers on AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Generate sales through professional face-to-face interactions
- Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent service
- Assist customers with product and service enrollment processes
- Meet individual and team sales objectives
- Maintain accurate records and complete required sales documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day

- Reliable transportation to and from the office and assigned retail locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time during scheduled shifts
