Position Summary

As a Senior Estimator, you will spearhead high-value project pursuits. You will collaborate directly with operations and preconstruction partners to deliver strategic pricing, transparent assumptions, and clear value indicators. Your expertise will guide clients through critical decisions across all stages, including conceptual budgeting, final estimating, and GMP formulation.

Key Skills & Qualification

• sEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• .Experience: 7 years in commercial construction estimating, specifically handling projects exceeding $10 million
• .Project Delivery: Proven track record with GC, CM, CM-at-Risk, and Design-Build frameworks
• .Sector Diversity: Experience spanning healthcare, commercial offices, higher education, K-12, and pre-engineered structures
• .Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, or manage individual professionals and small teams
