We are seeking a Mechanical / Process Engineer with direct experience in the Design and Application Engineering of Process Vacuum systems. This position requires strong Expertise with Process Vacuum Equipment and Systems utilizing Ejectors, Eductors, Liquid Ring Vacuum pumps and systems thereof.
Key Responsibilities – Process & Application Engineerin
g· The Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Application, Design and Specification of Ejectors, Eductors, Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps and Systems thereof
.· Technical and Engineering Review of End User RFQ’s. Select and size appropriate vacuum and auxiliary equipment appropriate to meet the end user requirements including performance guarantee
s· Support troubleshooting, optimization, and debottlenecking of existing system
s· Maintain, develop and continuously improve existing proprietary Vacuum system application and sizing methods
.Technical Customer Engagemen
t· Support proposal development including technical descriptions, performance guarantees, and scope definitio
n· Serve as the technical interface between customers, sales, and internal mechanical engineering team
s· Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and technical presentations as require
d· Support system startup, commissioning, and performance validation as require
dProduct & Market Developmen
t· Assist with development of standardized and modular vacuum systems and supporting literature

Required Qualificatio
n
s · Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fie
ld· 3 years of DIRECT EXPERIEINCE with design, sizing and application of Vacuum Ejectors, Eductors, Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps, and Hybrid System
s.· Strong understanding of Condensers applicable to process vacuum systems including surface and barometric condenser
s.· Ability to read and develop PFDs and P&I
