About the Role
In this position, you will play a critical role in the design and development of custom crushing equipment, supporting the process from initial concept through manufacturing. The role provides hands-on involvement in design analysis, testing, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration, offering comprehensive engagement throughout the product life cycle and contributing directly to advancements in the aggregate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the design and development of crushing equipment used in processing bulk materials and aggregates.
- Design and produce detailed drawings for custom crushing equipment.
- Conduct design analyses for components to ensure performance and reliability.
- Prepare accurate drawings and bills of material containing all information required for production.
- Lead product development initiatives and projects.
- Perform testing and prototyping activities for new products.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement design modifications as needed.
- Provide technical support to sales and service teams.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Compensation
The starting pay range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, industry experience, and location.

Ideal Candidates -
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related education
- Applicable experience in Designing cone crushers, jaw crushers, or impact crushers is preferred
- Experience in the field with commissioning equipment and troubleshooting is preferred
- FEA experience
