What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance.
- Oversee quality control of internal designs and vendor-manufactured products.
- Manage stormwater management and structural design reviews.
- Ensure projects meet environmental regulations, industry standards, and sustainability requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, planners, and environmental professionals.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support.
- Support new product development, vendor sourcing, and manufacturing processes.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and continuous improvement.
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Master's preferred.
- PE license preferred.
- 10 years engineering experience, including 5 years in leadership.
- Strong expertise in sustainable design and Low Impact Development (LID).
- Project management and engineering team leadership.
- CAD, hydrology tools, and project-management software.
- Strong communication/presentation skills.
