• esStrategic Division Launch: Drive all startup activities from the ground up, collaborating with executive ownership on strategic planning, operational systems, and equipment procuremen
• t.Full Project Lifecycle Ownership: Lead and oversee projects from preconstruction through final closeout, managing takeoffs, estimating, bidding, and contract negotiation
• s.Field Leadership & Quality Control: Oversee field installations to guarantee strict compliance with safety standards, building codes, and rigorous quality requirement
• s.Business Development & Partnerships: Leverage and expand your industry network to secure bidding opportunities and build lasting relationships with General Contractors, developers, and supplier
• s.Team Building & Mentorship: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage high-performing operational and field teams as the division scale
• s.P&L & Scalability: Manage divisional profitability and operational efficiency while implementing scalable processes to support long-term regional expansio

Qualifications & Experie
