Job Title: Customer Support & Order Coordinator

Role Overview
An established organization is seeking a part-time Customer Support & Order Coordinator to manage order processing and day-to-day client communication. This role works closely with internal departments and external customers to ensure accurate information flow, timely order fulfillment, and a high standard of service delivery in a fast-moving operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and email regarding order status, product details, delivery timelines, and general requests
Enter and validate purchase orders and related data within internal systems
Review orders for completeness and accuracy prior to release
Participate in routine cross-department meetings to stay aligned on production, purchasing, and shipping updates
Liaise with internal sales representatives regarding client requirements and timelines
Assist in-person customers with order placement and payment processing when applicable
Monitor daily order reports, coordinate shipment readiness, and communicate pickup or delivery arrangements
Generate invoices for completed shipments
Initiate and manage customer concern or complaint processes, providing timely follow-up
Support quoting activities and administrative tasks for the sales function as needed
Perform additional duties aligned with the role as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role
Prior exposure to a production, warehouse, or distribution environment considered an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience using ERP or order management software
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Effective organizational and time-management skills
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to collaborate within a team in a fast-paced setting
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred
Fluency in English required; additional language skills considered an asset
