We are looking for a Device Test Engineer to support testing, debugging, and validation of wireless devices and services. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and strong communication skills to work with internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues for voice and data services.
- Guide customers step by step via phone, email, or chat until issues are resolved.
- Conduct product validation and document findings in manuals/notes.
- Provide prompt, accurate feedback and escalate issues requiring higher-level attention.
- Manage multiple open issues simultaneously and ensure timely closure.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong Android debugging (ADB).
- Strong device debugging (QXDM).
- Hands-on with LTE technology and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for applying wireless technology solutions to customer needs.
- Ability to ensure quick resolution for recurring hardware/software issues.
Travel: ~10%
