What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unit Director RN or LPN position at Brighton Rehabilitation & Wellness Center?
Direct day-to-day nursing activities on one of our 13 designated units. Such direction must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standard guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure the highest quality care is maintained at all times.
Receive support from an entire clinical admin body and participate in daily clinical review meetings, and monthly Quality Initiative Trainings.
PA RN or LPN licensure required.
