As the Director of Clinical Services, RN, you'll lead and inspire our clinical team to deliver high-quality, compliant, and compassionate hospice care. You’ll shape clinical strategy, implement policies, and ensure adherence to all federal and state hospice regulations. This position is ideal for a seasoned Registered Nurse who blends strong leadership with exceptional customer service and clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the clinical team in delivering excellent hospice care that aligns with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Establish, evaluate, and refine clinical policies and protocols to enhance quality, compliance, and operational performance.
Recruit, develop, mentor, and sustain a diverse and high-performing clinical team.
Inspire and motivate your team through servant leadership, fostering clear communication and collaborative problem-solving.
Ensure adherence to hospice-specific federal, state, and CHAP standards.
Act as a customer service champion—ensuring families and patients receive compassionate, respectful, and responsive care.
Monitor and report on clinical metrics, trends, staff performance, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing in the practice
Minimum of 2 years in a formal leadership role within healthcare; hospice experience is required.
Demonstrated expertise in hospice clinical care, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
Excellent customer service orientation, with strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
Exceptional organizational and strategic skills, with proven experience implementing clinical best practices.
