- Lead and oversee hospice operations and clinical services, ensuring exceptional patient and family care while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness while driving quality improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the team, fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, collaboration, and excellence.
- Support Suncrest Hospice’s mission, vision, and values while partnering with regional leadership on staffing, budgeting, operational planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive growth and community engagement by building strong partnerships, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring the agency meets the needs of patients, families, and the community.
- Strong, results-driven leader with excellent organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
- 5 years of healthcare experience preferred, with hospice experience strongly preferred.
- 2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred
