Purpose:
HIPPY home visitors offer parents support, training, and materials so they can engage in effective, developmental and fun activities with their children in the comfort of their own homes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain full caseload while providing home visitation
- Develop positive communication with parents and encourage parent involvement in the program
- Implement HIPPY curriculum
- Document services
- Provide resources and referrals to families
- Demonstrate cultural competency and commitment to diversity, racial equity, and inclusion
Requirements:
- Knowledge of parent-child interaction and child development
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the families
- Reliable transportation and the ability to drive to home visits
- Basic computer skills

This position can be part-time or full-time, and it is non-exempt with an hourly wage of $15. The part-time role requires 25 hours per week.
